How Pro
works.
Ironbark Pro is an optional paid subscription. The free tier stays free, always.
What Pro unlocks
- Walking Partners — discover and message 1:1 walking partners for accountability.
- Full Resilience Score — the five-dimension weekly score, with values (not the redacted shape).
- Full weekly insights — top triggers, high-risk times, most effective coping tools, and pattern reports.
Everything else — check-ins, journal, identity tools, panic toolkit, community, accountability pairs, lessons, quotes, resources — is free.
Billing
Ironbark Pro is $6.99 per month or $44.99 per year (USD). Pro is billed by Apple through your App Store account on iOS, and by Google through your Play account on Android. We don't see or store your payment details. The current price, billing period (monthly or annual), and any introductory offers are always shown on the in-app paywall before you confirm, which is the authoritative figure for your region.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The next charge appears in your App Store / Play account.
Trials and introductory offers
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, on both the App Store and Google Play. The in-app paywall shows the trial duration and the price that follows before you confirm. The subscription converts to the standard price automatically at the end of the trial, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
How to cancel
Cancel any time. The Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
- iOS: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Ironbark → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ironbark → Cancel.
Or open Ironbark → Settings → Subscription → Manage. That deep-links to the right place in your store.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly — we can't issue them. If you'd like a refund:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Google Play refund request
If a charge looks wrong and the store turns down your request, email hello@fortifyme.app and we'll do what we can on our side.
What we see about your subscription
We use RevenueCat to keep Pro entitlements in sync between Apple, Google, and our servers. RevenueCat tells us whether your subscription is active, what plan you're on, and when the period ends. We don't receive your name, billing email, card number, or address.
Price changes
If we change the price of a plan you're already on, we'll notify you in-app at least 30 days before the next renewal so you can decide whether to keep going.
